1. Attend to customer enquire and requirement
2. Phone interviewing of helper and profiling
3. Manage online customer inquiry and content on website
4. Handle and process paperwork
5. Coordinating support on key activities and initiatives
1. Familiar with MS Word and MS Excel
2. At least 3 year working experience in customer service is a MUST
3. Bilingual in order to communicate with Filipino or Indonesian speaking customer
4. Able to work independently and remotely when required
